• Meet with customer to understand needs and wants to ensure customer satisfaction upon job completion
  • Provide comprehensive estimate of work to be performed
  • Open line of communication with customer, insurance company, and/or contractor
  • Provide a list for customer and insurance company of total loss items and list of contents that can be packed out, cleaned, and saved
  • Take detailed pictures of entire job prior to and during work being performed
  • Complete a thorough pack out of all salvageable items
  • All packed out items stored in secure, climate controlled storage facility
  • Full clean and deodorization of items packed out when designated
  • Complete return and placement of all stored and cleaned items
  • Structure cleans
  • Warehouse is alarmed and has surveillance cameras
